Eligibility/Qualification required for IBPS Clerks ::

  • ■ Educational Criteria : A Degree (Graduation) in any stream from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

    ■ Computer Proficiency : Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory

    ■ Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.

  • Age Limit :: Age Limit : Age : Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1988 and not later than 01.08.1996 (both dates inclusive). Age to be calculated on 01/08/2016. Age relaxation available to the reserved category. SC/St Upto 33 years. OBC(Non Creamy) 31 Years, Person With Disability : 38 years.

    Pay Scale/Salary :: Varies as per announcement by various Bank.

IBPS Clerks Examination & Syllabus ::

  • The selection will be made after online examinations First Preliminary and then Main exam. Structure of the Examination which will be conductedonline is as follows.

    Brief ProcessFlow of Selection Procedure ::: Apply Online > Appear OnlineTest (Preliminary) > Result/Score Card > Appear Online Test (Main) > Result Publication >Interview > Provisional Panel > Final Employment.

    Preliminary Examination

    1) English Language : 30 Marks/30 Question
    2) Numerical Ability : 35 Question/35 Marks
    3) Reasoning Ability : 35 Question/35 Marks

    Total there will be 100 Questions, Exam Duration : 1hour

    Main Examination
    1. Reasoning : 40 Questions/50 Marks (30 Minutes).
    2. English Language : 40 Questions/40 Marks (30 Minutes).
    3. Quantitative Aptitude : 40 Questions/50 Marks (30 Minutes).
    4. General Awareness : 40 Questions/40 Marks (25 Minutes) (with special reference to Banking).
    5. Computer Knowledge : 40 Questions/20 Marks (20 Minutes).
    6. Total Questions : 200 (Maximum Marks : 200)
    7. Main Exam Duration : 135 Minutes

    Application Fee & Payment Method ::

    • You have to pay fee for appearing in the Online Examination of IBPS CWE-CRP VI 2016. The fee is provided below.

      Fee for SC/ST/PWD/ EXSM candidates is Rs. 100/-
      Fee for all others is Rs. 600 /-


      Fee can be paid through Online mode via Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards.
